How do I personalise my order?

Due to the cards being personalised, we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by refund or a replacement card.

We cannot be held responsible if we have been given incorrect details or misspelled names. We take information directly from the text you add on the product page or the message you send us.

When will I receive my order?

All my orders are posted by First Class Royal Mail.  You will receive an email notification once your card has been posted. 

I have seen an item I like, can I change the wording?

Of course you can.   Wording can be changed on any of my cards, as long as it can fit on the card.

How long will my order take?

My cards are posted out Monday to Friday.  Orders placed at the weekend will be posted out on the Monday.   My turnaround for cards is normally two days, but may be longer for larger orders.
